一、简介

EMA是乙烯丙烯酸甲酯共聚物。由于其独特的化学结构，具有以下优点：

二、应用

1． 包装材料

EMA作为挤出涂覆树脂，与PE、PP、PA、PVDC等基材有良好的粘合性，在LDPE和EVA的共挤夹层以及基材表面的粘合上它能够提供一种优异的平衡。大量用于食品包装如酸乳杯盖、方便面碗盖等易撕膜和多层共挤包装。

2． 医疗卫生用品

作为吹膜树脂，大量用于生产柔软弹性薄膜、低熔点包装袋、一次性手套、医用消毒盖布等。

3． 聚合物改性

可以作为ABS、PA、PC、PBT、PET、PBT/PC、PC/ABS、PP等高聚物的常温增韧剂

4． 汽车隔音材料

可以用于生产发泡材料，具有发泡均匀、柔软、耐高温等特性，也可以交联；与PE、PP共混后可以改善PE、PP的发泡性能。

LOTADER® AX8840 is a random copolymer of ethylene and glycidyl methacrylate, polymerized by high-pressure autoclave process.

• Glycidyl methacrylate gives reactivity (versus OH, COOH and NH2 groups), leading to optimal dispersion during melt mixing with engineering thermoplastics.

• As an ethylene copolymer, LOTADER® AX8840 is compatible with LDPE in all proportions, and with almost all other ethylene copolymers.

• LOTADER® AX8840 exhibits good adhesion on PET, PBT, PPS, metal, paper, glass.

ApplicationsDue to its reactivity induced by the glycidyl methacrylate, LOTADER® AX8840 can be use as a compatibilizer for polyesters/polyolefins blends and as an adhesive for some laminate structures (polyolefins/polyesters, polyolefins/PPS etc.).
